This Fortune Frog's name is "Paul E. Wogg". Paul has gone through a lot of changes lately. After losing his tail, he is now of legal age to officially change his name. He has decided to go from Polly Wogg to being called Paul E. Wogg. It's a big step in the big world. Paul E. Wogg is a ledge sitter. His left hind leg dangles 7 1/2" over the side.
